Returns and exchanges policy

1 Pack all Prostheses in their original packaging.

2 Complete the return request form.

3 Attach a copy of the payment receipt.

4 Send the package to this address:

5 After sending the package, please notify us by sending an email to reimbursement@denixiad-france.com.

Eligibility of Prostheses for return or exchange

Customers have the right to return any Prosthesis purchased without specifying the reason within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from receipt.

To return the Prostheses, customers must submit the copy of proof of purchase and complete the return request form.

Rules for returning and exchanging Prostheses with discovered defects:

Customers have the right to notify any discovered defect and demand their rectification within 30 (thirty) calendar days from receipt of the Prostheses.

The only exception concerns defects caused by improper handling of the Prosthetics by the customer.

Customers have the right to refuse to take Prostheses and request a refund.

In this case, the Prostheses must be returned.

To return the Prostheses, you must submit the copy of proof of purchase and complete the return request form.
